As we are not likely to see any Russian Aircraft for the foreseeable future I thought I would show what we are missing. These are aircraft that we would see at Salzburg, Austrian in the first week of January each year when the Russian invasion (not a good choice of words) but invasion it was as all the rich Ruski's would arrive at Salzburg with their skiing gear arriving in their Yaks, Antonov's and in their Ilyushin's. There were plenty of European aircraft painted up in the Russian Cyrillic lettering leaving us to work out who's it was. I have added the present Russian reg to some of them and will add the others to-morrow. January 2007 till January 2016. It was the invasion of people from Russia in their Russian aircraft coming to ski in Austria. It was great for a few years and then it became more and more European aircraft with Russian titles and it was not so good so it lost the interest.
