Who remembers the Air Balloon pub at Birdlip as you made your way to the annual RIAT show at Fairford ? Well it will be no more after New Years Eve as the 220 year old pub is to be demolished to make way for road improvements. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-gloucestershire-64074950 |

The location went from famous to infamous with crazy queues at times..

Interesting. Its 20 years since was there. It was on the route from my home in Malmesbury to Staverton. I never experienced any traffic problems. How its changed.

Hi floks, just a quick update on the Birdlip round a bout and the Pub, no work had commenced as of today the 23/02/2023 while on the way to Kemble , the Pub looks like it is shut permanantly.
