Thanks for the info on the Hercules guys, it must of been a false position on Planeplotter or someone's SBS and PP Setup is wrong.

I find the situation regarding the Hercules puzzling. Is planeplotter prone to 'ghosting' flights? I'm assuming Phil was picking a plot up in PP on the ground in LPL. It happens sometimes when an up-loader using PP hasn't got his home co-ordinates correct and a spurrious plot(s) appear - this may be the case In fact some years back I was in Majorca uploading local traffic using PP, my Majorca lat/long was still set to my home in Elton,Chester, consequentely local Majorca traffic was appearing in Snowdonia - lesson learnt. Also re SBS, when an aircraft is airborne flying straight and level the display will provide a broad thick horizontal arrow, this changes to a thin horizontal arrow when on the ground, it is not unknown for an airborne aircraft to display a thin horiazontal arrow giving the impression it's on the deck, a height readout would of course help but not all display this.
