I visited CYLW last week and visited Kelowna Flightcraft Centre for Excellence. This s a public viewing building located inside the airport boundary and accessabile using the internal public roadways. You do not need a security pass to visit and they ask you for a $ 5 ( dollar ) donation to help with running costs. The building comes with it's own car park that is free to use, whilst visiting the facility. Outside the new building are the following,C GKFA CONVAIR 580 / 52 CONAIR N580HW CONVAIR 340 YUKON TRADING The above are located either side of where visitors walk to gain entry. Inside. MW 376 TEMPEST VR 796 MOSQUITO C FGXW DC 3 104633 F104 ( painted in a grey / silver colour with N104 on the tail ) NC 80316 BEECH 17 CF HLB CESSNA 180 ( on floats )
There is also room in the facility for the 2 Convairs when winter comes and the snow and ice arrive. They allow you as much time as you want and allow photographs. Also inside is a gradual spiral staircase or an elevator that leads to the upper floor, that has a viewing deck that allows you to see arrivals/ departures from CYLW. I do have photographs. However, I am having difficulties getting them sent over as they keep coming back to me undelivered. If anyone has an idea how I can get them to the UK and have them posted, can you please let me know. Paul

Hi Paul Can you not use Flickr or something like that to host your photos? It's pretty easy to upload them to the forum from that platform - have a look at the link to another area of the board below: Instructions
