Not a train spotter but noticed this while doing a delivery at the back of Bank Quay station. 67029 ROYAL DIAMOND with a plaque on the side that read,

To celebrate their Diamond Wedding Anniversary her Majesty the Queen and his Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh named this locomotive at Rugeley Station on 12th October 2007.
