Enter Air's SP-ENW shows as departing, two hours late, to LGW. It seem to have spent 3 hours on the ground in LPL last night before flying onto the IOM, anyone know why?

There were ongoing runway repairs, replacing existing lights with LED,s that could have caused the delay. Beemer.

Presumably, mandatory crew rest period, after the late arrival last night, caused this morning's delayed departure. This sequence of Enter charters have been plagued by problems and delays, in contrast to the Smartwings Tenerife flights which were operated immaculately.
