There was no fanfare for Aurigny at the airport or on the aircraft. Check in desks did not have the airline name displayed just "GR631 Guernsey". No formal announcement made to board the flight just " would you like to come forward".
The cabin crew looked bored and uninterested and stood in the galleys staring at the passengers until about 20 minutes before landing. The captain then spoke for the first time at the same time. His announcement was the only mention of Aurigny.
The aircraft was very smart and clean. There was no in-flight service offered. About 15 minutes before landing the cabin crew came round offering a decorative biscuit, courtesy of the Guernsey Tourist Board to commemorate the first flight.
There were 35 passengers on board.

I would not expect a fanfare as it is not a new service. Aurigny have operated to guernsey before, if I am correct. Aldo, it was a titan crew who have been roped in to do the flight. Unprofessional to show disinterest but its just a job. Aurigny today, someone else tomorrow possibly. Doubt the flight is sold as an A320 payload. Just my observation.

No, Aurigny has never operated from Liverpool before, except on diversion.
And, I thought 35 was quite good for the first flight to be honest.
