Seemed incredibly quiet for any going over my house/garden this morning, hopefully it's busier tomorrow (can't come and spot tho as I'm working , then off to Manchester, so will sadly miss the Saturday for the 2nd year in a row :-(
Hope you all get some good weather and a lot more traffic on Friday & Saturday.
Is there no local ATC this year? I've only heard one transmission on the uusual frequency today, mostly just the pilots talking to EGGP when in//outbound

ATC will use 132.905 MHZ for the Aintree Festival 2024 Ah, great , thanks Griff, didn't realise it had changed, I'll add the new freq to my scanner, no wonder I barely heard any 'local' ATC this time , thought it was odd !! I'm really gutted I'll miss Saturday (and Friday evenings..) departures, it's always nice hearing them saying thanks and "see you next year", before it all goes silent late Sat evening
