I passed Botany Bay on Wednesday and saw the their A109 being pulled out of the hanger.
Does anyone know the reg of the based helicopter?
I've tried to find it on Airliners.net and G-INFO but no luck (I thought it was American registered, but not sure - looking on G-INFO was a sign of desperation!)

Ian, I looked at my LAAS foreign registered aircraft in the UK register and I think your A109 is N109TK which is owned by Botany aviation. Just google it and have a look at the picture it is dark blue. Hope this helps Happy Days Bob

Thanks for all the help, but I'm not sure which one it was.
I looked at my LAAS book but mine is the 2009 edition and Botany Bay is not listed and I'd forgotten about the LAAS site (now added to my favourites).
I'll have to have a closer look next time, the trouble is the the exit off the motorway is before Botany Bay, so if you see the helicopter it's a long round trip to get back.
Thanks for trying
Ian

Ian,
Google both reg's and you will find sites with photos of both. But in fairness I would not count it unless I was 100% sure.

Hi Bob
I have checked out the images on line of both A109's and seeing as I can't confirm which one i saw it won't be going in the book.
Thanks for the help
