Hi all. I’ve been looking for an alternative to Flickr and was told by a friend at work to try imgbox. Do any members use this site. If so is it any good?
Thanks.

My alternative to Flickr is to use Postimage.org
Initial set-up of galleries was confusing, and there are times still when I intend to upload to a particular gallery, but the images appear in another. If a particular gallery gets too large, then finding the most recent additions takes a fair amount of scrolling and waiting - but that is likely true of many image host sites.
Bulk uploads of images and subsequent bulk download of image code, once mastered is straightforward. Also for each image, image code can be provided for 8 different applications eg forum or websites, or as thumbnail or full size.
Although I always, as a routine reduce the images size to 1024 pixel width on export from my PC image handling programme, the facility to 'downsize' image quality is provided on image uplift by postimage.org.
The amount of initial 'free trial' images is relatively small, after which there is a monthly or annual fee. How the subscription compares with Flickr I have no idea.
