John according to a thread on another site the flights are twice daily from Dijon to Toulouse and twice daily to Bordeaux with more destinations to follow.
Check out the humberside spotters site for more info.

Thanks for that--I saw it and drew the wrong conclusions entirely--I am not used to this new open skies system that pertains now in Europe--saw an Eastern airways Jetstream and thought that it must have originated in the UK. Did you notice the Jodel was UK--possibly a staff member on return--or am I speculating too far again.LOL

A quick check of the CAA G-INFO section shows that:
G-BYAT is a Avions Pierre Robin DR.400/500 President. Initially registered in the UK in 1999, it has had two owners with Maidstone, Kent addresses, but in August 2010 ownership changed to the Aero Club Basque, with an address at Anglet airfield, France.
So, definitely a speculation too far! However, Anglet is not in my Atlas, mind you neither is Touslouse.
On a related issue, the latest edition of 'Aviation News' (Nov '10) in his 'Commercial News' section, Keith Crowden states:
"Eastern Airlines has expanded its services in France with the launch of a Dijon-Bordeaux twice daily weekday service plus a Sunday flight on September 20. This was followed up with launch of a Dijon-Toulouse operation from September 27 with a similar frequency. Two Jetstream 41s are being based at Dijon."
While there is much more in November's Airliner World. The article starts with the agreement in principle to puchase Dash 8-300 operator, Air Southwest. However the bit relevant here:
"Eastern has recently expanded its business model into Continental Europe setting up a base at Dijon Bourgogne Airport and launching domestic flights, the first scheduled links from the facilitity for more than 7 years. From September 20, the UK carrier has based two 29-seat BAe Jetstream 41s there to provide two rotations every weekday to Bordeaux and Toulouse. "We have specialised in UK domestic scheduled services for over 12 years," said Chris Holliday, Eastern Airways' Chief Operating Officer. "This latest venture allows us to share our expertise with the French domesetic market. Our day return flights from Dijon should substantially cut down cross-country journey times for business travellers heading to Bordeaux and Toulouse." This new service "will bring closer business ties between Burgundy and Bordeaux" according to Laurent Courbu, President of Bordeaux Chamber of Industry, as well as "boosting links between two of France's flagship regions for tourism and fine wines," declared Pascal Personne, President of the Board of Bordeaux Airport.
Eastern currently operates a mixed fleet of Saab 2000s and Jetstream 41s and has introduced two Embrarer ERJ.135s into its fleet for charter work. It does however plan to reduce the number of J41s it flies, mandating BAe Systems Regional Aircraft to dispose of 6 of its 21 examples, either through sale or lease details."
