Another Sunday, another flying lesson This time in G-LFSN and doing Climbing and descending, with a bit on takeoff and landings as well... Also made a few more radio calls and learnt a few more checks...gradually building confidence and hopefully skills Anyway, a few photos from today....a bit misty, so we went north resulting in a lovely approach down the river Enjoy .mic

Mictheslik, You must be getting confident, flying and taking good pictures as well- Quality, keep them coming. Picture of Goodison would be appreciated on your next sortie Happy Days Bob

Mictheslik, good pictures indeed but don't forget LFC in the above request, take care when ur at 1000ft up and enjoy your flying there is nothing like it.

Great pics, now if you don't mind me asking and you can tell me to stop being nosey, but how much are flying lessons these days, I enquired a few years ago but then Kiddy's came along and things where put on the back burner !!

Just caught up with this thread, some great shots there! If you can get me any/a few overhead shots of Hale Village for personal/website use, while your having a future lesson, that would be great. I'll see what I can do....but we normally fly a shortened approach and so the base leg brings us just to the west of Hale...being on the left hand side of the plane it's not great for photos....and there's a lot going on at that point that I should be concentrating on instead of taking pics (pic in my sig was taken on my first trial lesson when I didn't do any of the landing ) .mic
