I found this article about the life of Bill Foley. An inspiration. The burns unit of Victoria Hospital is still there, as I have good reason to know. My grandson of 2 years old was admitted there with burns last year and received fantastic treatment. His surgeon was a major in the army, female, who seems to be more or less permanently attached to the hospital maintaining the link with the military to this day. In the hospital there are plenty of photos and memories of Sir Archibald. The restaurant, for example. is called the Spitfire restaurant. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/obituaries/military-obituaries/air-force-obituaries/8204673/Bill-Foxley.html
