Hi everyone, A while ago,a few forum members were kind enough to give me advice on how to post photographs. However,my early efforts were less than satisfactory, partly as I don't run their recommended software. I've had another go,using Picasa to resize the pictures...the bit I was finding awkward. Let's see if this works! Cheers,Keith Attachments:

OK,that was an improvement. The problem is the "Preview" button doesn't let you look at the photos you're trying to send, only the text,so sizing the pictures is a matter of trial and error...mostly error! Here is one at 1024 pixels (the previous one was 800). I won't know until it appears on the forum whether or not it fits the screen... Attachments:

That was 800 pixels...let's try again. If this one doesn't work I'll have a rethink and stop clogging up the forum! Attachments:

OK,that's near enough...now I just have to remember what I did!
Thanks to everyone for your patience.

PhotoG
The trouble is using the method you are at the present time, you can only post one picture per post and that needs to be opened up to see at a sensible size. Multiple photos and immediate viewing at full size (posted via Flicker or Photobucket) are so very much easier to view.
Nice photos though, whatever the size.

Nice photo's indeed. As Viscount says it's not the photo but the method your using to post them on here. Here's one of your 737 posted via Photobucket. Simply open a Photobucket account but before uploading your photo to their site select the 17" option. Once uploaded simply copy the IMG code (bottom of the 4 options) and paste it directly to the reply box on here. If you need to review it before posting simply click on preview.

The only problem with Photobucket is that if you close your account for any reason your photos will dissappear from the forum.Does anyone know if this also happens with Flickr. jbmack
