Thanks Viscount. I only access this site once in a while. Much appreciated for searching through past threads.

Again not a new resident but a re-registration. G-SUKI Piper PA-38-112 Tomahawk has been registered as G-RVNB. Regards Beemer.

Helicentre have temporarily aquired a Bell 206 Jet Ranger, G-CPTS and are now using "Fusion" c/s. To-day G-FCUM was Fusion 05. Whether this relates to the pilot flying it or the aircraft I don't know. Regards Beemer.

I have been doing a bit of digging to find the reason for the tail fin design on G-VMCG. Viscount suggested it could be Langudoc Aviation in France as it looked like a styalised capital L but my search gave me Cristal Air when it was registered as G-BSVX. It could be a C with crystals inside. Any ideas? Regards Beemer.

Why are you classing this as a "New Resident" when the aircraft only left Liverpool on the 30th of December? I think this is "advertising" on the sly!!

If all the flying schools at Liverpool posted fleet changes here, it would make Dave Graham's and my life so much easier as we try and keep tags on the aircraft arriving and leaving. As for G-EDNA leaving 9.12.10, it not only left but was directly replaced the same day by G-BVHM, which in turn was directly replaced 24.5.11 by G-VMCG. Companies with leased aircraft tend to change them more frequently than companies who own their aircraft. Unlike Ravenair or LFS, Merseyflight operate a mixed fleet of both owned and leased aircraft.
On a different post Merseyflight kindly inform us that Cessna 152 G-CCTW, which has been with them since 11.06.09 has left on the re-arrival of G-EDNA.
It is my hope that in the next few days I'll be in a position to post a history of Merseyflight (and some of the other Liverpool resident companies) and their fleets on the "EGGP History & Memories" section.

That's a slap on the wrist for me then!! What I object to is advertising within a discussion forum and it looks as though "Merseyflight" are getting away with free publicity!

Is there a new grob based at Liverpool anyone know? I've seen it a few times now, light grey one, looks like one that used to live at Barton with LAC. If so its nice to see a new resident that isn't just a another PA28/38/c152 ! Be interested to hear who is using it / looking after it as they are great fun to do a bit more energetic flying in. CJ www.eps.hopto.org/cploh and nice to see edna back, brings back memories of flying at egcc in her
