As you may have seen on my Cholmondley thread Photobucket has suspended my images until 1st August as I have exceeded my bandwidth for the month.
Which sites do other people use for hosting their images? Or, is the best option to upgrade to Photobucket Pro?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
Ian

Hi Ian,
I use Flickr which has a 300MB monthly upload limit on free accounts. I've upgraded to the "Pro" account which is unlimited and costs circa. £15 a year depending on FX rates.
What size file do you upload? I resize down to 1024 pixel width which is always below 1MB.
Hope this helps,
GC

If its any help, I had this problem last year after spending 2 days at Cadwell taking photo's at a trackday, I made the decision after receiving an e-mail from photobucket two hours after I'd uploaded 4 sets from both days letting me know that the 10GB Bandwith had been exceeded, I think the "Pro" account on there costs £2.51 a month or there abouts and you can have unlimited bandwith and storage on there with that too.

Thanks for all the replies
Hi silverback I will have a look at Flickr, I do drop the size to 1024 before I upload but I still keep hitting my limits
Hi Aviation Cafe I suppose this would be the easy answer - and just pay for the upgrade
Hi Carmedic I looked at your site earlier this weekend it looks a great well organised site, long term I will try and find the time to get my images on here, but in the meantime I just want something to get images on to NWAN
Hi Cloudwarrior I have tried this I'm on my second account with Photobucket the first reached it's max so I started my second account
I suppose I should stop being a cheap skate and get my hand in my pocket ;D
Thanks for taking the time to come back to me
Ian
