My father used to say that 'a poor photo was better than none at all', on this forum the last 10 days or so I feel that I have witnessed some of the best photography in the land. Wether it be landbourne, seabourne or airbourne, wether it be snapshot or pro shot, a great thank you to you all for taking the time to photograph and post your results
Many thanks Cliff
hope this makes sense on second beverage!

You took the words right out of my mouth Cliff, fantastic photography lads.
To be honest its not just the photography that's brilliant, it's information and history.
I also find it the most friendly forum i have ever been on.
Thanks everyone for the posts.

I've got to agree with the sentiments already expressed. Not only do we have some first-rate photographers here, we have such a diversity of contributions covering world-wide locations from the sunny skies of LAX to a time-warped railway in Sri Lanka and all points in between.
Then, as Mike said, there is all the research and hard work that goes into some of the fine postings here.
Thanks to everyone - you make this forum what it is.
Cheers,
Dave
