hi all
for those intrested in buses 2 former mtl stalwarts are doing a mini running day on monday. starting early but i think all places on the early one are taken but theres going to be 2 buses going from pier head at 13:00. anyone is welcome to come.
the vehicles will be Optare MetroRider 7811 and Volvo B6 7227 which went through mot on wed and passed first time round. pm me for more details if intrested

Jordan, I saw 7227 on its way to the MOT station, looked great with its new coat of paint and Merseybus logo. Did James do the work himself or was it a group effort?
Hope the outing goes OK on Monday.

If you did - that was me. I was sitting at the traffic lights on Western Avenue. |

i didnt spot it first but james said theres steve trust on the 80s. we had a great day with metrorider and b6 today. ill put a link to the pics on my flickr account in the next few days

for those intrested merseyside transport trusts annual running day is taking place on the 20th september 2009. liverpool south parkway is were the routes are starting from in south liverpool and Exchange street East in liverpool city centre. theres posters on some arriva vehicles. hope to see you there
ill be on 7227 on 35s all day
