Delayed Forum Registration for 2 Weeks

Hi Folks,

Here's a warning to anyone who might be wanting to register in the next couple of weeks. I am going to be away in cottages without access to a computer (yippeee!!) from Saturday 17th until 1st October. During this period, there will be no new members accepted as I am unwilling to set the registration to "open", as this resulted in spam appearing when I did his back in March when I was last away without computer access.

I have tried to make additional admin officers to cover this, but I am not aware how to elevate a member to admin and I have asked the originator of this board for assistance in this, but I have not heard back.

So, if you are out there lurking and haven't registered already, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until 1st/2nd October, once I get back and review the new applications.

Looks like Goldilocks and the three bears will have to wait then. ;D

I've never been to Northumberland but been told it's really nice. Have a great time.
