Lots of different aircraft and airlines, a terminal you could go into to see and photo the aircraft.
Hope you enjoy the film

Thanks for posting that, what a trip down memory lane. It seemed like it was much longer ago than 1984, probably because so much has changed in less than 30 years.

1 minute 20 seconds into the video is a shot of the departures board showing a flight - EC788 18:45 to Liverpool.
Which airline ran this service?

Kev AS I recall it was Air Ecosse, an Aberdeen bases company that had links to Fairflight Charters of Biggin Hill. At one time they operated a Aberdeen-Dundee-Glasgow-Carlisle-Barrow-Liverpool service with a Twin Otter, which they had two. I wish I had kept the timetables that they issued @ the time as this would have shown there network, which includded a Carlisle Heathrow service. THat was the Golden age of domestic air travel, with Air Westward operating Glasgow-Exeter with Cessna 404's and Glasgow-Teesside being operated by Casair. The only thing to look forward to is the past!!!
