Not sure on exact times but the RNHF Hawker Sea Fury will be in on Friday 25th November. It will be doing a display at Windermere at 2.15pm but it is scheduled to leave Yeovilton at 10.40am so at least this will give you a rough idea of times. Info is good and comes from Christopher Gotke (Fury pilot).

Roe for Edward Wakefield who patented the first effective British aircraft float. JJ

Well yes.....sort of At approx 13.45 "Navy Seafury" requested the weather as he was inbound passing Seaforth, unfortunately a heavy shower was over Woodvale with the wind given as 28G42knts, whilst holding off a msg from the Yeovilton station commander was passed instructing him to Return To Base, to which the pilot seemed surprised. Given the conditions it was such a shame to get so close, especially as 5mins later the sun was out with the wind eased considerably Thanks again ChrisG for the Heads up. Neg G
