After a message from a mate on here, thought I'd start a thread for anything happening well above SBS/FR24 coverage. I'll start with this one to watch out for next week again!!! Hi guys......next week, Tue 13th Jupiter and Venus will occupy the same slice of the night sky to the west...........now all we need is a clear cloudless night please? ? I think not long after sunset is the optimum time, but if I find out more info I'll post it too. John

A great site to look on is the Liverpool Astronomical Society..... www.liverpoolas.org/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,42/ I went to one of their "sidewalk astronomy" evenings last autumn, lots of folks there all age ranges, people with totally different levels of knowledge, but a great evening. I will go one again.......my only problem is i work evenings at the moment!!!! John
