Nice part of the world. Know it well.
As an aside, (I am alowed to do that in this part of the forum), I was watching a programme called "The Dales" the other night, when one of my French neighbours came to see me and he was enthralled by the place. There is a direct flight from La Rochelle to Leeds. He is seriously thinging of booking a hoiliday "Up North".

When we brought our friends Yvan and Maryse to Britain they enjoyed the Lake district and the Dales more than anything--other than Edinburgh;They wondered why the English didn't push the tourist side of the North more. Perhaps its because more havn't been there themselves.LOL My mate Yvan +Maryse in The Lakes,at bridlington and at Gretna Green.    |
