Some of which have been illustrated recently on the 'Jetstream 41' thread on the Liverpool Airport Nostalgia section.
Difference is that the BA schemes were designed by commercial artists for PR/advertising purposes for big bucks to a deliberate 'world flier' theme. I can recall in the mid 70s an artist by the name of Calder painting whole aircraft (a DC-8) for Braniff.

BA should use Graffitti artists, dual purpose would be that it would leave rail stock alone and airlines could get USP for free.
