This five part series, although entitled Dangerous Missions - Taranto - World War II, covers the early history of the aircraft carrier upto and including the raid on Pearl Harbour. It covers the sinking of the French and Italian Fleets in the Mediterranean using Swordfish. The Swordfish amongst other aircraft is well feature and our very own (City of Liverpool) LS326 appears in episode five.

Very enjoyable--think the Swordfish sank more tons of enemy shipping than any other aircraft during he war--well done the TSR 1 (built at Sherbourne in Elmet most of them.)
