I had the sad need to telephone Vodafone today re a fault with signal reception when using my mobile

Thinking the call centre guy was probably in India as usual, I was even more surprised to be told by the guy he was sitting in a very hot Egypt

There was me thinking these centres where being returned to the UK.

Nothing to do with aviation but I had to tell someone.

@talk Talk , I was talking to a young lady with a very nice 'american' accent .... that I could understand quite well ,
still she talked better English than someone from a Glasgow call centre recently , I couldnt understand a bl**dy word !

There was a report in the press about this subject this week. A guy wanted to complain about his milk delivery, he telephoned and was put through too I think The Philippines. ?
