Jetstream G-JIBO has appeared parked on the main apron on Sunday morning, devoid of any titles, but presumably now in service with Manx 2.
Talking of which, a current aviation magazine has a photo of Jetstream G-LNKS in full Manx 2 titles. Which is strange, given that it has never been seen here with them, and was still parked devoid of them this morning. Taking this 'virtual airline' business a bit far, I think (and photoshop!).
Also in mid-morning Sunday was AS350 Ecureuil G-IFBP, to Manx Flyers, and soon departed back north.
Finally, at 0015 am this morning (Sunday) a low level low flying Hercules type noise passed near St Johns, perhaps heading North. Has anybody any ideas as to what it was, and what it was up to?

Not so long ago G-JIBO was operating for Blueislands. Regarding The picture of G-LNKS in the aviation magazine , if you look closely at the tip of the tail you will se "GG" so i dont actually know which airframe it is ?
And Finaly a change from the EZBD and EZAF was G-EZDM

Newly registered (though quite old) Citation Excel MEMCT arrived from Reykavik just after 1000 this morning and after a couple of hours parked on V, departed to Chester where it may be based.
Learjet 35A DCCCA arrived this afternoon on a ambulance flight from Spain, and parked on Stand 13.

Newly registered (though quite old) Citation Excel MEMCT arrived from Reykavik just after 1000 this morning and after a couple of hours parked on V, departed to Chester where it may be based. M-EMCT is registered as a C560, but a local expert says that the photos taken today depict an early C550. This casts doubt on its published pedigree? Can anybody clarify, as I haven't a clue! The incoming ATP LX-WAT failed to appear this evening. Flybe put a 195 on the evening Birmingham service again, G-FBED.

MEMCT. I'm no expert, but with the aid of Wikipedia, the "mystery" is solved.
Though registered as a "Cessna 560 Excel" it is in fact a Cessna 560 Citation V with c/n 0236. The early Cessna 560s were a development of the 550/S550 and have the straight fuselage of that marque, rather than the slightly bent looking 560 Excel. (And to confuse even more, sandwiched in between the 560 Citation V and the 560 Excel is the 560 Ultra).

Re M-EMCT, I am now told by "Bones" that the aircraft is a Cessna C560 Citation Ultra which is a very different airframe to the later C560 Citation Excel. The Ultra evolved from the C550 whereas the Excel is a complete redesign.
So there you have it, clear as mud!

No mistaking the type of Citation this morning - N453DW is a 510 Mustang - arrived about 0845Z and parked on V.

Also today at 15:45 ATP LX-WAD departed presumably back to Copenhagen after maintenence. At 16:00 Capital air charter Superkingair b200 G-KVIP arrived and parked on V. Then within 2 minutes of eachother G-JIBO and G-LNKS arrived one on the Oxford service but the other positioning in.N7777N was still on stand 3.

A nice end to a busy week with Premier 1 M-GDRS in lunchtime on V, followed by a VERY smart Cessna 750 Citation X M-ARCH complete with winglets, which parked outside PJC.
Baron 58PA G-BNUN also paid a short visit early afternoon.
Another movement of sorts was the Jetstream GCCPW which was towed out of EAM and into the Manx.2 hangar next door, evidently on its own wheels.

Glex OY-MSI has reappeared on V after a long absence, the paint scheme looks much as before, but now very shiny!
A109 G-SCII was also on V and left about 1530.
Easyjet today was G-EZIW.
