According to Libhomeradar/Flightradar24 B738 EI-EVC operated this afternoon's RYR69EX DUB-LPL followed by RYR84BU LPL-DUB. As far as I know, this rotation is scheduled to be operated by a LPL based aircraft. Has EVC therefore become based here?

To begin answering my earlier question,B738 EI-EVC appears to have operated the RYR5RX from NCL to DUB as its final sector this evening. My enquiry was based on tracking, not on a personal sighting of the aircraft. Does anyone know for sure if it did visit LPL this afternoon?
