Learned contributors, I have a copy of " Classic Props in Camera Vol 3 " by Mike Hooks. Excellent photo book. I have tried on and off over the years to track down volumes 1 and 2 without any success. Oddly searches show two publishers for vol 3 Scoval and Airways International. Does anyone on here actually possess either volume 1 or 2 ? Can anyone supply ISBN or publisher details for volume 1 or 2 ? Your time and trouble much appreciated. Thanks in anticipation Be lucky David

Just read you comments on the forum and dashed up to the mezzanine where I kkep my valued aircraft book to find I have a copy of Classic props in camera--but its volume 3 like yours--sad--if i'd have one of the others you could have had it--never mind the thought was there. Have you tried the web to sweep for a copy of the others--I must say the quality is tops. *let me know if you locate them. I too would be interested.

I've just looked on abe.books.com which usually comes up with the goods but only three copies of Vol 3 are available.

I've done a little digging and there is no Classic Props in Camera vol.1 or vol.2.
However the 'Incamera' set of books were published by Scoval Publishing;
Boeing 737-200 by Scott Henderson was the first of the Incamera range published in 1997. ISBN 10: 1902236009 ISBN 13: 9781902236001
Boeing 747 100/200 by Scott Henderson, Incamera Vol.2, was published in 1999. ISBN 10: 0965399338 ISBN 13: 9780965399333
Classic Props by Mike Hooks, Incamera Vol.3, was published in 1999. ISBN 10: 0965399346 ISBN 13: 9780965399340
Hope this helps.
Regards, Garry

Ah that explains why we were searching for a Holy Grail that does not exist--perhaps the author could do a volume 4--More photos of Props. If so can I order my copy now--the book is one of the best in my collection.LOL

If you are interested in Props, Gerry Manning has a couple of good books on the market at the moment, i think they are called Propliners of the world vols 1 and 2. Reasonably priced as well and good content. Bob.
