Kev, how do you view that please? John John When your tracking a flight there are two small blue boxes at the bottom of the aircraft details. The left-hand one is called 'cockpit view'. Click on that and you can follow the progress. I'm not entirely sure but this link should take you to an example: www.flightradar24.com/AAL141/viewKev

Can anyone help with a query regarding playback? It was working fine and now when I click on date and time nothing happens. Does the system have a free period and then you have to pay and upgrade to get playback?

Try a different browser (Not Internet Explorer as it does'nt handle the Java script to well.) , Flightradar24 does not charge for any of its features on the Webpage. Mike / Speedbird

FR24 have another development with their 'aircraft view' You can now alternate between the view of the aircraft and the cockpit view, overlaid with instruments and a small map. Quite a good development on an already excellent site; they're obviously not resting on their laurels Kev Tried that and all I get is 'The Google Maps API key used on this website was registered for a different website. The developer of this website can generate a new key here.'

If you don't have the latest Google Earth Plugin installed on your PC, Check in in Add and Remove Programs, then select 'Click for support information' and it will tell you what version it is. ( I have got v.6.2.2.6613 and it works fine.) If you don't have the latest version, uninstall it and download the latest one from here: www.google.com/earth/explore/products/plugin.html (Also this link will tell you if its installed and what version you have.) Also Google Chrome browser works good with Google Earth Plugin. Mike / Speedbird

I know there's a rumour that Virgin are going to be using EZY aircraft on their MAN-LHR route, but a VS A330 on the Barcelona-Liverpool run is perhaps going a bit too far! ;D Maybe just a glitch on the FR24 program.........or was it?? Kev

Kev Hi Kev, that aircraft was showing up on Flightradar with positional errors, this my have also caused the data to change. The photo is linked through the Hex code and both aircraft have virtually the same code. ModeS: 4066AB Reg: G-VRAY ModeS: 40666B Reg: G-EZUR __________________________________________ Another new feature added to Flightradar24 is V/S (Vertical Speed.) it shows climb and descent rate. Here's an example of one descending into LPL.Airline: EasyJet Flight: U2614 From: Belfast, Aldergrove (BFS) To: Liverpool, John Lennon (LPL) Aircraft: Airbus A319-111 (A319) Reg: G-EZAW Altitude: 2725 ft (831 m) V/S: -576 fpmSpeed: 272 kt (504 km/h, 313 mph) Track: 91° Hex: 400E59

Bookmark Flightradar24 when the Map is open and then edit the address line 'URL' by copy and pasting this Map Grid reference: fr24.com/53.33,-2.87/13 Or if you prefer the Map more zoomed out try this one: fr24.com/53.48,-3.22/9 Mike
