Play doesn’t seem to be on sale past April, yet all their other routes are. Worrying.

Maybe it’s a winter only destination and they will use the AC for leisure routes in the summer. Play already do this for other destinations

Flights are now on sale from 1st September. 2x per week as per this winter.

How things change. When I was a young spotter, Liverpool had many seasonal flights, but they were summer only. Now they are winter only! (Wideroe and FlyPlay). I would never have thought that football would have had such an impact.

I am totally amazed. I would have imagined that with onward connections to USA being promoted it would be mostly summer. Anyway I too have read elsewhere that PLAY have applied for summer slots at MCR so it's anybody guess as to how this is finally going to work out, and how dependant might it all be on KLopp improving things at Anfield?

I Don't think we should be too concerned at the moment as Wizz did the same thing, maybe it's to keep the pressure on the airport if they up the fees during the current inflation hike! The Which survey is not helping MAN either to encourage airlines to swap.

source="/post/197292/thread" timestamp="1667557912" The Which survey is not helping MAN either to encourage airlines to swap. Let’s be realistic here, It’s highly unlikely airlines, especially foreign ones, will pay attention to the which survey. Airlines go where the money is and why seats have been added and passengers keep coming to Manchester despite this supposedly ‘damming’ survey which, let’s face it, is only taken seriously by either which themselves, or the ones who came top of the list, so they have something to gloat about. I mean. Look at Ryanair. Constantly berated for their policies, customer service and aircraft cleanliness, and yet the passengers still keep growing and expansion keeps happening. Surveys in reality mean very little to everyday operations.

The Which survey is not helping MAN either to encourage airlines to swap. Many passengers will remember the dreadful experience of Manchester this year, and wont want a repeat of that next year. The Which Report will just confirm that experience. I had the misfortune of arriving at Manchester last Friday evening, just getting out of the place was awful, never seen such traffic jams around airport service roads.

67% load factor. Needs to be higher for a LCC, their June network load factor was 79.1%. Interesting information Hangar4, thanks for posting.
