Nothing is free--askl the Greeeks LOL--public toilets are paid for by local taxes--toilets in premises where there are sales are paid for out of the profits made on your purchase.
However if you want de lux and not the bare minimum expect to shell out a bit.
I will be glad when this thread gets onto amusing grafiti--but don't say I started it.LOL

Area has been cleared apart from the Subway outlet which is due to move over to the opposite side adjacent Go Pizza. It looks bright now before any "Spirit of Liverpool" theme is installed but no sign of that yet.
