Yes, however we know that next year will be down on what was planned this year due to Covid.

real shame about Berlin atleast that cant be moved, maybe Ryanair will pick it up? Nantes Naples and Palermo dropped, hopefully they will fill the slots for summer next year hopefully with some new routes.

Berlin was dropped pre Covid I think.
More routes I think will be out of the question as they are planning on job losses right across the airline.

Can't see any new routes in the near or distant future. Contraction seems to be the order of the day. It doesn't take too much effort for Easyjet to move everything to MCR.

Dropped. They havent been moved (as yet). In total there are 27 returns less scheduled next year per week when compared to this summer pre Covid planned schedules in August. Below tells me that there are more alterations still to come, unless they are having aircraft lying around. Col1=dep LPL Col2=route Col3=arr LPL Monday 1300 JER 1545 1810 SXF 2250 1850 BCN 30

The loss of 4 routes in the tough times following the economic trauma of 'lock-down' is disappointing, however easyJet ended 2019 with routes (some seasonal) to 31 destinations from Liverpool.

My god lets look on the bright side. Its still a base and hasn't gone the way of SEN NCL and STN. Route losses are very regrettable and I'm the first to complain if they are ' moved ' as that happens a bit too often. However its to be expected while we still are in a pandemic. I'm sure the management are doing what they can to replace any route losses. Lets hope Wizz look at LPL for more routes in future, as I don't believe the FR/Easy duopoly works so well these days.

the routes moving east is nothing special, for me personally it’s more annoying when they usually capital cities routes like Berlin or Rome etc.
Ryanair Poznan route is starting from Manchester in late october, currently not for sale for summer 2021 from Liverpool yet, but if it was moved over i wouldn’t be surprised.
again as long as they replace the route and don’t leave the slot open, that would be roughly almost a 5 hour slot out and back with turnaround.

I notice some of the reductions by EZY from Liverpool next summer are also EJU/EZS bases. I wonder if we will see non-based aircraft operating?
The bases are Barcelona, Berlin, Bordeaux, Geneva, Nantes, Naples, Paris CdG and Venice.

So far there is just the one BFS non-based flight on a Saturday morning.
On a Monday (1355 to 2010), Wednesday (0820 to 1420), Friday (0820 to 1420) and Sunday (0820 to 1420) one of our based aircraft goes to BFS for a few hours to operate from there.

I agree loss of links to various European capitals or large cities is not good for the airport or the city. Berlin for example has been served for years.
