I'd like to echo Bob's sentiments and applaud some of the fantastic captures that have appeared in this thread today. A bit of sun on your back makes all the difference! Couldn't make it down there until this evening and managed to catch ZH536, one of the RAF Islanders, departing @18:24; Regards, Garry

Liverpool was the Hawk divert station today for Valley and took the great wx to use the ILS for that phase of the course. A others have said, PYTHON formation and the two afternoon VYT callsigns were routine traffic with two landing on as one display, one air spare. Same for POKER flight of GR4s - two demo and one airspare and for TANKARD flight of Tucanos.
Hopefully we'll have decent weather at Southport tomorrow.....!!

G-PSST Hunter Arrived 19:25 There are two Hawks on the apron XX263 (UNION) and I think other is XX286 Ken Noted the Hunter this morning from E/Port Boat museum, very distinct yellow scheme. I look forward to pic of this. Dave O

Great shots =D the ryanair air and spitfire are just great shots =D i only have one good shot of the airport at this time and thats in a few mid air shots thread somewere on hear haha
