I presume there will be a few more arrivals for Sunday as the list shows 35 departures to Kiev and 31 arrivals.

Titan's b763 has gone tech and I am lead to believe that GainJet is standing in for it. Beemer.

There is currently a Gainjet 734 and 757 at LPL. The latter must be the Titan replacement as it doesn’t appear in original lists.

This will be interesting. According to web sites, the Titan ,767 is 265 seats, whereas the total capacity of Gainjet 737 + 757 is only 126 in all business class configuration.

To re-iterate Beemers applaudable opening comments - the Airport FaceBook page has warned people coming to view the aircraft to stay away from restricted areas. It also recommends the use of the Speke Hall bund.

It also recommends the use of the Speke Hall bund. As has been mentioned before, Speke hall usually doesn't open until 10:30. Does anybody know if it is possible to access the bund from the coastal reserve to catch some of the earlier arrivals?

the Airport FaceBook page has warned people coming to view the aircraft to stay away from restricted areas. It also recommends the use of the Speke Hall bund. Wise that the airport have tried to contact as many enthusiasts as they can and remind them of the restricted areas via a social media platform, fair play there is some big metal around and the airport will be very busy in the next few days. Lets hope all spotters at the weekend understand and enjoy their day giving the airport and businesses @ LJLA no safety/security issues or concerns what so ever. For the benefit of visitors (I assume there will be some from outside the region), Is there an access charge to use the Speke Hall Bund viewing area mentioned ? I assume there is for accessing the Speke Hall Estate, or are there access points to the Garston Coastal Trail/Bund area that are public rights of way ? Please advise/add to header (1st post) and thanks for the ongoing work on that 1st post Beemer Brian. Thanks. Nudge to admins A Spotters map would come in handy at times like this, volunteer is ready if further info given .

Although weather looks like remaining easterley, one would be wise to pack waterproofs looking at the long term forecast. meteoradar.co.uk/longterm-rain

Regarding the bund at Speke Hall - I think the NT charge £6 to access the estate, gardens and bund. You also have access to a cafe and toilets . From memory there is an 8' metal rail fence separating the bund from the coastal walk. There is a gate but it may not open until 1030 hrs. I was thinking the same as you - Spitfire250.
