Just under the approach for 05 at Geneva is a garage that has a Pa-28 Cherokee, G-ATTU on a pole. It looks very much to me like a composite aircraft but I could be wrong. Regards Beemer.

More of a trailer park guard, this wreck of a once proud E.E. Lightning F2.A, Serial No.XN728,resided just off the A.1, at Balderton, near to Newark. This was in 1996,so I am not sure if it still exists there? Shot in 1992 when RAF Wattisham was still a active Phantom base, this Lightning FI.A XM192 was the gate guard. Guarding the car park at Castle Motors,Liskeard,Cornwall,is E.E lighting F6 XS936,well,it was in 1989 !!

;D I was taking my rabbit for a walk along the plage at Frejus(as you do.LOL) When I spotted this guardian marking the spot where Roland Garros first crossed the Mediterranean. Does it have any history?

Frejus, that brings back memories. Drove there in 1962 in my Mini van with then girl friend. Don't remember seeing an Etendard on display or a bloke walking his rabbit. I don't think the plane would have been built then and the bloke would be living en Engleterre then. Regards Beemer. ;D
