This is good news, only a couple of hundred extra passengers a week, but a boost in light of easyjet and ryanair staying static at LPL and expanding at MAN, that Wizz see their NW future here alone and despite the Prague route not working out, still giving this one a go.

Another improvement from Wizz Air for Summer 2012 is better times for the Warsaw service. From the end of March the Warsaw flights will operate three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) arriving 13:55 and departing 14:25.

Gdanks is up to 3 times a week as well from 2 in the winter, but at present Katowice isnt timetabled at all for the summer. |

It looks as though they havent uploaded any Katowice flights at all.

... now they have.
LPL/Katowice will be flown Tuesday and Saturday from the start of the summer period at the end of March.
From 28th June its Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and then back down to Tuesday and Saturday from 11th September.

Wizz Air are switching, along with the rest of its Warsaw operation, their Liverpool/Warsaw route from Warsaw Chopin to Warsaw Modlin from 19th July. The weekly frequency remains at three per week and operates at the same times. www.modlinairport.pl/ |

Just been having a look on google maps, Modlin looks closer to the centre, but chopin has the PZL factory!!!!
Does anyone who has looked on wizz's site noticed if its possible for a day trip ever?
